Using Google Apps as a business application
Google is not only the world’s largest search engine website but also has hundreds of popular apps that are being downloaded every second. Many of these apps are used for personal use but there is a large amount of them that can also help you to run your business.
Hangouts – Is a business application that allows you to have online face to face meetings with clients and employees. It is a video chat that unlike some other software is very professional. It allows you to share documents and discuss a project or account with up to 15 users at the same time.
Gmail – This is a free email application that allows you to check and send emails from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. There are many options allowing you to sync emails and see them on your phone or tablet along with your PC.
Google Calendar – Businesses can benefit greatly from this as it is a way of allowing each employee to have their own calendar but also to share and book appointments on other employees / managers schedules. This can also integrate with Gmail allowing you to book an event / appointment straight from your email.
